I have been an insomniac for the better part of twenty years, surviving on 2-4 hours of sleep each night. I have begged GPs and specialists for help, with no luck. The best they could do was throw sedatives at me…still only 2-4 hours of sleep. Nigh Nigh … Deb… has worked miracles. Deb introduced a restricted sleep routine which has reset my circadian rhythm and I am now sleeping 6-8 hours each night!!! The best part? I no longer need sedatives!!! The process was easy and I was extremely well supported. I wish I had done this years ago!!!
