I would 100% recommend Deb at Nigh Nigh, her help has changed our life. Our 8 year old needed to sleep with us and no matter what I tried I couldn’t get her into her own bed. Even when we all slept in our caravan, she would wake up and still need to be in our bed even though we were all in the same room. She would scream the place down until no end. After just two weeks working with Deb, Mollie sleeps in her own bed, we say goodnight and leave her to go to sleep in her own bed, she also sleeps in the caravan by herself if we are sitting outside. We used to have to lay with her to go to sleep as well and she would always wake through the night. Now, she sleeps all night and even sleeps in! It’s amazing! Deb’s methods are easy to follow and make a lot of sense. If you take this step, it will change your life.
