Deb Delivers! I had Deb on my podcast and quickly decided to use her services for my two kids… at 7 and 4 the two kids have pretty much ended up in my bed every night for years…. Bad sleep and energy I had finally had enough…. We worked with Deb on a four week program, increasing sleep pressure and the kids are now both sleeping through until the morning!
