Adult Sleep Consultation Program
55 Minutes 1 on 1
Your initial consultation will be 55 minutes and can be conducted online or in-clinic in Heathcote, Victoria with our Sleep Practitioner Deb Herdman. This consultation will include a full sleep history, diagnosis and therapy plan.

3 x Weekly Follow Ups
After your initial consultation we will have 3 scheduled weekly follow up consultations to keep you on track to achieving your sleep goals. These follow up consultations will be 30 minutes each and can be conducted online or in-clinic. At the end of your 4 week program you will get a detailed post consultation report as well as resources to keep your new sleep habits and patterns in place for the long term.

Our aim is to educate you to find and maintain sleep. Sometimes we need to modify therapies and you will likely have many questions. Feeling exhausted but not sleepy may be a symptom of insomnia and part of the diagnosis includes screening using diagnostic tools and a thorough sleep history. In most cases, a PSG (Polysomnogram sleep study) isn’t required but we may refer you for this if required.
