After many months of struggling with my insomnia, I finally found Nigh Nigh and Deb. Deb has practised and researched in the area of sleep disorders for many years and she applies sound evidence based CBTI protocols to overcome sleep issues. After just a month of Deb’s therapy, I can happily report that I achieved my goal of achieving sound, quality 7 to 8 hours sleep each night.
