Play in the wind down to bed and again if you awaken during the night to enhance sleepiness and falling asleep.
STEP 1
Pair your play device (eg, phone/ tablet etc) to your Sleepband via bluetooth. Press and hold the play button on your Sleepband until it flashes red and blue.
STEP 2
PRESS PLAY on the Audio below.
STEP 3
To repeat the program press PLAY again on your sleepband.
