We had been suffering for a long period of time with interrupted sleep with our 9 year old daughter. With Deb’s fantastic help and guidance over the 4 week program, she is back sleeping properly in her own bed, putting herself to sleep and staying asleep! It was definitely challenging for the whole family at times but worth sticking to for the ultimate goal. Highly recommend Deb & her program.
